Any and all members must check in prior to each visit.

Members must be 18 years and older to pass the PLUSH lounge area.

Under 18 may enjoy PLUSH with adult accompaniment.

Replacement charge of $25.00 will apply to lost membership cards.

Gstarfit does not accept responsibility for any and all personal belongings of any nature. Please secure your property.

Memberships are non refundable. No exceptions.

Memberships are non transferable. No exceptions.

Payment for personal training packages is due in full on or before your first session.

Cancellations: Must be done within 24 hours of scheduled session to avoid session charge.

Methods of payment: Gstarfit accepts Mastercard, Visa, Cash and Check Card.

Any and all specialty classes and all other classes not described in this membership will have separate charges.

 

Class Sign-Up Policy:

Depending upon your membership agreement, you may sign up as follows:

A-Listers: Never stress about getting “your bike” again! With our Select a Bike program, you may reserve the bike position of your choice. (Based upon availability.) Sign up available 48 hours from the posted class time.

Jet-Set members: Sign up available 48 hours from the posted class time.

All classes are first come first served based upon availability. Once the class is sold out, all names will be put to the wait list in the order they are received.

Member Guests may sign up and enter class once all members and wait listers have checked in.

 
G–RIDE Cycle Class Structure:

All rides will be strictly held to 40 minutes.

All classes start promptly at their scheduled time.

The first 10 minutes dedicated to bike set up and general instruction.

10 minutes after the posted class time Wait List will commence.

Minutes 41 to 45 shall be dedicated to cool down and stretch. Minutes 45 through 50 are for bike clean up and maintenance.

Total class time 60 minutes.
