"SOULFUL SUNDAZE"	Spin to special dj mixes for the extended house version of this class. DJ Andreas' deep house mix for 60, 75 or 90 min climbs

CLASSIC g-ride	Mon Tues and Wed nights with gstar for the classic Johhny G inspired g-ride Spinning class Taught to gstar by the Johnny himself back in 95' they have remained tight ever since.

CYCLETHERAPY	gstar's deepest Spin ride yet. No lights total darkness and no beats for the music. You gotta learn to find your way sometimes and this class will show you how. Not to be missed

FREESTYLE SATURDAYS	No rhyme or reason for the drills and what order...how ever the music grooves ...so goes your fat burning, gut busting, ass shrinking session
